The five-member boy group TXT revealed details about a new album titled “The Name Chapter: Temptation” just a few hours ago! It will be released on January 30, 2023, but you can already pre-order it from us in the shop starting today!
The Name Chapter: Temptation
Yeonjun, Taehyun and the others have been working hard and can now offer their fans three different versions: Daydream (dark green), Nightmare (pink) & Farewell (light green).
All three versions consist of an 84-page photo book that includes a 16-page lyric book, a CD and a colorful selection of extras! The CD comes in a separate sleeve. Now for the extras: buyers of an album get a bookmark, one of five possible postcards, one of five photo cards and optionally a poster!
The sticker pack is the only item that is the same in all versions. Everything else, from the photo book and the CD to the bookmark and the photo cards, is designed differently for each version! If you count all three versions, that makes a total of 15 different photo cards and 15 postcards to collect. Will you try to get them all?
The best part is that even if you buy a set, you are guaranteed not to get any photo card twice. So variety is guaranteed!

A new video was uploaded yesterday on the YouTube channel of TXT’s agency HYBE. It shows how the logo of the last album Minisode 2: Thursday’s Child slowly transforms into the new logo of The Name Chapter: Temptation.
As always, the new logo is a new variant of TXT, the name of the boy group. Because even though the three letters - TXT - always stay the same, they take on a new shape for every album. As is often the case, the letters can also be found on the cover of the individual versions. Two covers show a T and one shows an X. When they are all placed next to each other, they spell TXT.
We're curious which teasers the guys will present to us next!
Right now, though, the guys are still busy with something else, because in January not only the new album but also the 2023 Season’s Greetings Packet is set to be released. TXT has already uploaded several preview photos for it on Twitter.
We're looking forward to a new year with TXT, but we also congratulate the boy group on their past successes:
This year TXT released only one album, but it was all the more successful. Minisode 2: Thursday’s Child is in fact one of only 13 albums from this year that sold more than one million copies!
In fact, the last three Korean albums by TXT have reached this milestone: Minisode 2 (2022), The Chaos Chapter: Fight or Escape (2021) and The Chaos Chapter: Freeze (2021). That gives the boy group a total of three million sellers at the moment.
Minisode 2 actually surpassed its predecessors, though, because while Freeze and Fight or Escape each sold a little more than one million copies, Minisode 2 sold even more than 1.7 million!
Besides TXT, only four other groups have three or more million sellers: Stray Kids, NCT as a group and the sub-units NCT Dream as well as NCT 127, Seventeen and, of course, BTS. If you'd like to find out more about this, you can keep reading here.

Update: Lullaby Versions
We already introduced you to “Temptation”, the new album by TXT, in mid-December. It's still a little more than three weeks until the boy group releases the music video, but until then it will certainly not be boring.
Today TXT additionally announced 5 Lullaby versions!
Each of them is dedicated to one of the five members; a true dream for all fans who want to make sure they get a few extras from their bias:
Each version consists of a 60-page photo book that includes a CD, a sticker, a postcard and one of five possible photo cards. If you pre-order the album, a mini poster is also included!
Apart from the photo card, all contents differ depending on the version! Buyers of the Yeonjun version get a Yeonjun photo book, a CD with Yeonjun's name on it, a Yeonjun sticker and a Yeonjun postcard.
And who knows, with a little luck you might even get the matching photo card too? Since every album contains a random photo card, though, that isn't guaranteed. But without a bit of suspense, unpacking an album wouldn't be quite as much fun, right?
