November is already packed with exciting comebacks from stars like IVE, JUNGKOOK, ZB1 and Stray Kids, and today another fan favorite joins in: Aespa! The popular girl group has officially announced the release of their fourth mini album "Drama", which is set to come out on November 10:
The album contains six tracks in total from different genres, including the title track, which is also called "Drama". The first teaser was already released on YouTube yesterday: A short, mysterious intro video in which we only get to see aespa's legs and a hand.
Get DRAMA now in our shop!
From today you can pre-order four different versions of the album, and Aespa has even already revealed a few details! You can choose between the DRAMA version, four GIANT versions, four SCENE versions and four SEQUENCE versions:
The DRAMA version is said to include two booklets, one with 48 pages and one with 72 pages. That makes a total of 120 pages of exclusive photos of Karina, Winter, Ningning and Giselle! In addition to the CD, it also comes with a four-piece sticker set and one of four possible photocards. Whether anything else will be added will be announced later.
The other versions may also get additional extras or small changes. But we'll still introduce the preliminary contents to you now, so you can at least get an idea of what to expect:
The four SCENE versions are said to include, among other things, a postcard set of five cards, a CD, a sticker and one of four photocards.
The GIANT versions, on the other hand, offer a 72-page photobook, a CD and one of four photocards.
The SEQUENCE versions are very similar: Buyers can also expect a 72-page photobook, a CD and a photocard. However, there are eight possible photocards here.
Get the SEQUENCE versions here!
As already mentioned, there are four versions of each of the three variants - SCENE, GIANT and SEQUENCE. They are currently called “A”, “B”, “C” and “D”. We suspect that these versions are each dedicated to one of the four members, but we can't say so with certainty yet. As soon as we know more, we will update the product pages, so check back regularly!
Expectations for DRAMA are high, after Aespa broke all records with MY WORLD!
Aespa thoroughly shook up the K-Pop scene with their third mini album MY WORLD in May: Even before release, the album was ordered 1.8 million times, and on the first day after its release, fans bought 1,372,929 copies of MY WORLD!
With that, Aespa broke the record that Le sserafim had set only a few days earlier, and by a wide margin! “Unforgiven” by Le sserafim sold 1.024 million copies on the first day, over 300 thousand fewer than MY WORLD.
MY WORLD is also the girl group's first album to pass the two million mark!
We're curious whether Aespa will outdo themselves once more with DRAMA. Will you get the album?
